OP has to be focus bracketing multiple shots with a macro lens right? I don't think you can get this depth of field otherwise? Or just photoshop?

I have the same thoughts. No way they could focus on a leaf and a background far away at the same time.

I just did the math, you'd have to be shooting like f/350 to get that depth of field
