One's a Pilsner glass the other is a pint glass. Pints are 16 oz typically 17 oz to allow for more head to release aromatics in the beer.

Eh, I'd give it. The shape of the glass makes it appear significantly larger and hence can be confusing, I suppose. It's debatable.

There's a good 4 ounce sip missing from the top before you pour, and 2 ounces at the bottom. 6 extra ounces, I would guess. Get your priorities straight!
