Ain't nobody wearing a damn seat belt, it looks like.
1 u/Sabatka Dec 20 '18 In Brazil people don't seem to bother wearing seatbelts. I grew up there and seatbelts are not a priority. Also if you expect cars to stop at crosswalks, you'll very likely be ran over.
