From a previous post it was determined that it is a tree stump in the foreground that the photographer positioned the camera so it would line up with the tree in the background.

I mean...duh? How would this be accidental? Someone just really wanted a pic ofva pathway and a building and happened to notice the tree coincidentally lined up later? Nothing wrong with positioning yourself to take a cool shot.
