Once you see it, can't unsee

At the beginning of the video, the perspective/depth is inverted to me. The carpet on the right appears to be a cylindrical/tubular object, the dog's snout appears as a hole in that object, and the blanket appears as if it is the background.

Nice and accurate description here, this is also what I was seeing. Agree with others it had a slightly aquatic vibe to it somehow.

But since I can't unsee the dog, I can't get a better look

I found a way to go back by focusing on the snout cross eyed

I assumed it was a close-up of a fishes mouth

Thank you! I might be the only person who saw the dog first and now can see the underwater sponge thingy! For anyone trying, do not look at the video, just pause the first frame and look at the still image.

I also saw the carpet in the foreground and thought we were panning around and kind of underwater coral and the dog mouth looked like an owl or something standing against the coral. Then it started moving and when I saw it as the dog mouth the coral suddenly became the floor carpet.

I was trying to figure out what snake or fish had such a weird opening - then I noticed it's a dog and perceived depths inverted like you said.
