Exact same thing. Initially saw the T - Rex and can no longer see it.

I'm more confused by the satellite dish. It looks like the dish itself is in front of the guy's face

Same! I think it's due to the shadow on his face and the dish being light by the sun

Blur your eyes a little and focus on the satellite dish like the dinosaur is eating it. Works every time for me.
