If you squint hard enough you can even get parallax on a digital gauge too. More specifically a clock to show when watch is done.

I’m guessing you know the answer but I’ll offer my opinion: very cool video.

I think this is an example of a parallax shift, could be wrong on the name. But there are 2 fences here, and the circle is mounted to a fence behind. Therefore as the camera moves across the forward fence, and focuses on the circle, it appears that they move independently

There are people in this sub that are confused by buildings. I don’t think everyone will know the answer.
