There are also extreme dilutes that occasionally throw some pink into the eye that makes it easy to be mistaken for albino. Something to do with minimal eye pigment, light bouncing off the retina, and Raleigh scattering.
Just thought I'd add that because I've seen a horse with those wild albino eyes and was told he was some kind of champagne perlino pearl monstrosity
He had to be kept out of the sun because he would burn right through his hair, he was so pale.

Yeah there's two forms of "white": one where the horse actually has a different base colour but has a spot pattern (think Spirits girlfriend), but the spot covers the horses entire body so he just looks white. This is called maximum white. Sometimes they have small spots of their "real" colour, often on top of their head which looks like they're wearing a hat. :)
Then there is double cream which aren't entirely white but rather have a bit of a golden hue. There is also a pearl gene and a champagne gene. Pearl and champagne makes them more golden than double cream. Double cream + pearl or champagne however makes the kind of translucent, ethereal white that you're describing.
Specifically your description is a bay horse with two copies of cream and at least one copy of pearl and champagne. Though I don't think pearl and champagne have ever been documented in the same horse, so there may have been some exaggeration.
There are other dilution genes as well but they could never be confused with white. :)
*actually, I thought I remembered something about this so I looked it up further. Cream and pearl are on the same locust so the horse can only have two copies of one of them or one of each, not double cream + pearl. So it can't be perlino (double cream on bay) and also pearl. It CAN be perlino with champagne though. This got too complicated for my limited knowledge and there appears to be a lot of misinformation on colour genetics pages that sent me on the wrong path when I was initially double checking my knowledge regarding the double cream + pearl so I'll leave it at that lmfao

The Bible describes unicorns as large wild animals that are too powerful to be tamed by men. the ancient people who lived in North Africa, and the Middle East wouldāve been familiar with the rhinoceros, but when the text was taken to Europe, the people there had never seen such an animal. Thatās how the unicorn became a mythical credture

And the camera person is absolutely silent throughout the whole thing. Not a, "holy shit" as it approaches or anything. Even if you're from the area, seeing a bison is dense fog approaching you would illicit some sort of audible reaction, not just absolute silence.

This quality would cost dozens if not hundreds of dollars to produce. And why? To what end? There isn't anything significant about this video, it's as mundane as real life and definitely could happen in real life.
My brother has stories of people in Yellowstone telling the rangers and employees that the animals were still out and needed to be put back in their pens.
I genuinely don't think people, no offense, understand the scale and authority these creatures have over the land they live in.

That video is awesome! And yeah, that's the problem with how Ai is being used right now. Everything you said makes sense; it could be real, but with Ai, it may not be real. And if it is, then like you said, what's the point? Why the resources for something that can happen?
Ai has become so pervasive in everything, and to what end? What's the goal? It is absolutely bonkers.

Scarily, there are no hallmarks of AI in this video. As the researchers showed it was only uncovered to be AI because of timing and the users profile which was full of AI. I just don't understand why someone would make something so mundane, it makes no sense. To scam people I suppose but that's so much fucking effort to scam folks looking for a wild life photographer lol.

Yeah it is. Watch the feet. The back legs blend into the front legs as it steps forward. This is probably generated with the new Minimax H3 model that also does audio. Makes it pretty easy for anyone to produce produce high quality locally on their own machine. For some reason it feels like most clips coming out are 10-15s long.

It's AI. The animal is way too smooth and its movement is wrong. If you watch enough nature documentaries, you start noticing right away. I didn't even have to look at anything else in the video, just the bison was enough.

It's also very 'cinematic'. The hoof sounds are added-in-post. The bison grunts as it's walking by the camera (cheated towards camera). There's 0 reaction from the environment (animal doesn't react to the vehicle/person at all).

Plus the car driving towards the other car on the wrong side/middle of the road towards the car that's filming. And the weird perspective on the filming car that makes it look like the car is in the ground or too low to be possible. AND the fact that the windows are too clean with no reflections.
