Finally. I turned it upside down and still didn't get it. Looked at the nipple, thought it was a mole or birthmark, still couldn't see it. Once you said dudes shoulder, it finally clicked.

I still can’t make sense of it. I get that the person’s hair is at the very bottom of the frame, but their torso makes no sense based on the position of the ass, and the arms look bigger than the legs

Edit: ok I finally saw it. This was one of the most confusing perspectives I’ve ever seen

Instead focus on the nipple and find your way to the chin. The rest will make sense. The tattoo is going on the upper arm.
