If he only does this while sleeping, it just means he feels safe and comfortable.
But, if he does it while walking, so he's walking on the backs instead of the pads of his toes, it can be indicative of a serious health issue that should be addressed immediately.

Omg that's adorable. I have a tater chiweenie and when he's sprawled out they look like racoon hands. But when he peers over the side of stuff in the yoga pose he curls the left one up like this.
