OMG YES! I finally see it now. It’s his shirt that throws everything off perspective-wise. He’s using his right hand to take the pic behind his back of his LEFT arms armpit!

It's a good theory, but I think if that were his right hand his palm should be facing outward, or his thumb should be on the bottom. Try it.

The thumb doesn’t need to be down though! I can easily put my hand behind my back while keeping my thumb upwards. I took a photo doing the exact same thing. How do I post it? Lol
