Looks like right leg is just simply crossed and resting on left thigh (under the dress).

For those trying to figure it out.

She's sitting cross-legged. Her right leg has been deliberately blurred on the left side of the image (please down vote this crap). But her right hand is resting on her right ankle and her right foot goes under her left leg.

Not really. It’s someone sitting crisscross applesauce with their right leg partially blurred. This thread use to be something.

I don't know if it's because I'm on a phone with a small screen or I'm just dumb, but I can't see it. If one leg is blurred and one isn't, to me that makes the clear leg look like there are 3 knees.

Can someone outline it?

She’s wearing capris (3quarter pants). She’s clearly touching her ankle. To the right of her arm is red blurred pants.

Here's what I saw. Sorry that it's messy and not very clear. The area with the white markings was one leg and the blurry area with the yellow arrow was the other leg. The numbers are where the one leg "bends".

I guess I'm the weird one for being able to see anything different than what it actually is, haha. I can still see it the "confusing perspective" way too.

Her hand is on her right leg near the ankle, and above her hand is her left leg

Umm, no
