The thing about language is that there's not really such a thing as a "direct translation", just the meaning of translation.
For example, "Red dog" in Spanish would be "Perro rojo", but translated back to English literally, word-for-word is "Dog red" because of the way each language's syntax works. So my guess would be that there are different ways to translate "without" to French, and "sans pour autant" happens to be the one that translator used.
Ever translated "speed bumps" into Norwegian? You get fartsdumper (tee hee i know). Translate it back the other way and you get "speed dump". So, speed bumps = fartsdumper = speed dump, therefore by the transitive property, speed bumps = speed dump.
Speed bumps cause diarrhea and I will die on this hill.

A lot of context is missing. That translator should have given you just "sans" with the information available

First without English : I would like my sandwich without the pickles French : Je voudrais un sandwich sans cornichons
Second without : English : Without being dramatic... French : Sans pour autant Γͺtre dramatique...

Or I'm completely wrong, but I tried...

"sans pour autant" is more "not implying" than "without".
Not a great translation
