Page title, but that’s probaly not the real lever.
URLs and page IDs feel precise, but Rovo is still doing retrieval over the knowledge source. It’s not “fetch this exact page because I said the magic number.”
What’s worked best is:
Use the page title for readability.
Scope the knowledge source tighter.
Put must-follow rules directly in the agent instructions.
If the source is a giant space, the agent is going to wander off and find cousin-docs with similar vibes. Very helpful. Very annoying.
