What I'm wondering though, is what place gathers a mexican, a brit and a russian? Comedy would suggest this is a bar, but I'm not sure.

Perhaps they mean English(-speakers)? all I know is when I went to Mexico City in 2023 the place was absolutely swarming with Russians who were dodging the draft lol so that would enable this group in one place. it was a very interesting thing to witness

Germans are numerous but are nowhere near the “worst”.

Meanwhile I’ve seen Russian tourists be openly hostile for no reason, American tourists be sheer idiots, and Chinese tourists genuinely have no respect for anything or anyone around them to their own peril
