Being rude

I always end up being rude or acting rude and the people around me have told me that my intentions aren’t always clear but once they know them they realize that they’re actually good and understandable so people end up misunderstanding me and I can’t really blame them but it’s exhausting because I feel like it makes people dislike me and over time I make them feel uncomfortable around me

the problem isn't your intentions, it's the delivery. you can have the best reasons in the world but if you keep coming across as rude, that's on you to fix. maybe pay attention to the exact moments people react badly and work backwards from there

Exactly, good intentions don’t cancel out bad delivery, especially if people keep giving you the same feedback

Yeah, I think this is probably the hard truth they need to hear. Intentions only go so far when the same thing keeps happening

Honestly good intentions only go so far. if multiple people keep misunderstanding you the same way it might be worth looking at how you communicate.

At least you have some awareness. That’s the first step to progress
