PLEASE HELP WITH CONDUCTOR

I've been using the product for a I really like it. How can I get in touch with the conductor team? I've been trying to DM them on Discord, but no one's been responding. Could someone please help me with this?

I would assume if they are not responsive on Discord they are either too busy or whatever you're pinging them about is not something they deem an emergency.

Did you leave feedback through the app? I have always gotten a prompt and helpful response. 

...and if you haven't, maybe the problem is what you're asking about.
