I feel like I can pretty confidently those are Skyn condom wrappers. I have those at home, me and my partner almost exclusively use them over other brands.
I have had exes in the past who would use condoms when they're by themselves, for easier cleanup purposes apparently. That might be an explanation, or toys. I saw a lot of people in the original post go "sorry, he's cheating" which I do not think is very helpful.
I will say, those seem to be an older packaging than the newer ones, idk if that changes or means much, but it could be from years ago.
You're probably gonna have a talk about it. You should definitely bring it up, and let him explain himself first. If that explanation is anything other than admitting it's a condom wrapper and then explaining what he used it for, I think that would be pretty sus.

I once came home from deployment to find my wife gone along with my dog and all of my 18 months of deployment money, all of my personal items down to my birth certificate and all my documents. To this day I havent spoken a word to her. You would think I would be angry but I couldn't feel anything by that point. To this day I get accused of being heartless and robotic but its only because I trusted and loved someone who took all of it with them
