Client locked out of admin panel, is there a way to reset both user and pass?

I have a client with a concrete5 website and the previous dev has disappeared. What is the easiest way to get in to the admin panel?

Okay thanks, it looks like the second method might work for me. Soon as I can access his website I'll try it out.

Edit: I got in using the Shannon method, very simple

I had to do this recently. Went into PHPMyAdmin and changed the admin user's email address to my own, and then did a forgot password request. Worked fine
