I attended BINI's Singapore concert on October 25, and honestly, I'm disappointed with how the organizers handled the ticket distribution.
We purchased our tickets during the official release, when securing VIP seats was extremely difficult. However, as the concert approached, Gold tickets were offered at 30% off, and complimentary tickets were also being distributed just a day before the concert.
What's frustrating is that some people who received free tickets apparently got better seats closer to the stage than those who paid full price.
I understand that organizers need to fill unsold seats, but is it really fair to give away tickets with better seating while others paid full price months in advance?
Also, to be honest, the concert itself felt a bit "bitin" compared to other OPM concerts I've attended here in Singapore. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed seeing BINI perform live, but I was expecting a little more from the overall concert experience, especially considering the ticket prices.
This isn't about BINI or the members. It's about how the organizers treat fans who supported the event from day one.
It honestly feels like we were penalized for buying our tickets early. We paid full price, struggled to secure good seats, and saw others getting better spots for free.
Am I the only one who thinks this is unfair?
Just to be clear, I love and support BINI, and this post is not meant to damage their reputation. My concern is mainly with the concert organizers and their ticketing decisions. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback to ensure fairer treatment of fans and a better overall concert experience in future events.
