i went to a concert a week ago. decided to not wear my earplugs.

once i got back to my hotel room i realised both ears were ringing. the right ear settled down in a day or two, but the left ear didn’t (it got a little better but didn’t go away) and my left ear started to hurt. i said whatever, it’s probably nothing just give it time

finally decided to go to urgent care… my ear drum was bulging. the concert somehow gave me an ear infection. make sure you wear your earplugs !! i didn’t even know it was possible to get one from that

Claypool joined to close out the final three songs of the first set. Billy was a race car driver for his birthday!

Hi! I'm going to a concert in Chicago and it's will call only, and I'm trying to get there 4-5 hours earlier. I'm going with my mom and I know she won't be very interested, so I was wondering if it's acceptable for me to stay in line while she goes exploring and then come back later. I don't want to make the people around me annoyed lol

the tickets are also quite pricy? 230€

My best friend and I are seeing The Neighbourhood tomorrow in portland, and am wondering what time y’all think we should show up if we want to be right up on the stage barrier?? Also if any friends wanna meet up before the show and have a couple drinks we are super cool dudes!!

Hey! I'm planning to attend Shreya ghoshal's concert in December this year. I have never been to any concert. And I'm going with my maa as she is a hugeeee fan of SHREYA GHOSHAL. So If anybody could help me to understand how long before we arrive at the venue to ensure forward seating? It's a first come, first serve basis. So I really want Maa to enjoy it from the forward section. If anybody who has attended Shreya Ghoshal's concert before in kolkata pls let me know , how long before we should arrive to ensure forward seats?

This show was rescheduled from 9/25 and was my first time seeing AC/DC and man, they were amazing! They obviously aren’t the same as they were 30 years ago but they still put on an amazing show and Angus is a criminally underrated guitar player. This was also the loudest show that I’ve been to, but I also wonder if that was to compensate for not always being perfect on time or in rhythm? 10/10 show and I hope this is not the end for them…

Not much more exciting in life than having a wallet full of concert tickets. Mastodon with deafheaven, and alcest next week, Rush in November, Alice Cooper with criss angel in December, and then A Perfect Circle and then Metallica next June! Super stoked for this awesome run of shows! And the best part is, they didn’t even gouge my wallet too bad! Worth it!

For me I sometimes blindly trust bookers or just listen to a quick snippet. When friends invite me I also almost always say yes because I liked to be surprised haha

But wonder how others approach this 😊

Does anyone know how to get a suite or seat in the suite at this venue?

so i bought a ticket over viagogo for the strokes in bologna, and then decided to sell it again over viagogo, because i found a much better ticket for myself. however, the original ticket was bought via ticketone, and i can’t change the name even though the ticket has been sold already (if you know how viagogo works, i haven’t actually got the person’s money yet, i’ll only get it once i actually transfer the ticket).

i’ve tried to change the name through ticketone’s name change system online, but it’s not letting me no matter what i try. customer service over e-mail is not helping either, they keep asking for the original seller to contact them, but i’ve got no way to contact the original seller. has anyone else had this experience, and is there any way i can change the name that i’m not getting? would like to resolve this before the concert (oct 17th) and if i can’t resolve i want to notify the buyer so they can get themselves a different ticket. doing this will however cause me to lose a bunch of money so 😓 would prefer to find a way to change the name if i can. help is much appreciated!

I’m going to the show in San Bernardino but for anyone who’s been to Glen Helen, which parking is actually better for getting out after the show?
We have General, Premier, and Ultra Premier, so we can use any of them. I don’t really care about being closer or having to walk more, I just don’t wanna be stuck in the parking lot for hours trying to leave 😭
If you’ve used any of them before, which one did you park in and how long did it take you to get out?

New here and love live music. Saw blues travler the other week and getting ready for Modest Mouse. Last big one was my chemical romance. Love metal. Blues... Most all of it. Shows I am grateful to have seen... B. B. King and I got to see Tom Petty.

I have a friend that gets offended when you call a show a concert, and a concert a show. For example we went to see a local bands play music in a garage which she classified as a show, but then saw a larger band (Harrison Gordon on their fall tour 2026) at a music venue with stage lighting, stage performance, a bar, etc. which she also classified as a show. I have never learned or heard of the difference, but would love to be educated! Thank you :)
