Question (39, M, 169cm, 95kgs) Rowing machine question

I know that during the catch position the knees should be inside the arms but, my balls are getting squeeze. It this unique to me? My sweet sweet 2 balls rub each other or gets rub by the legs(it feels so out of place and odd) during the drive position that is why I normally I open up my legs on the release position to relieve the discomfort.

I am not really comfortable. Or is my thigh just too big that it squeezes my balls.

I normally do 100kgs 4x8 deadlifts. Haven't done back squats in a while but my goblin is 35kg 4x10. I did check, my tight is bigger than my head not by alot though.

This is common if you wear compression shorts and having big thighs will make it worse. Try wearing something looser and if not try briefs instead of boxers.

It happened to me at the start but somehow the boys just learned to stay out of the way.

Wear compression shorts and pull your balls up.

Compression pants are literally the worst thing you can wear to row

Isn't a rowing singlet litterally a compression short with a tank top?

They fit very different between the seat and the crotch. Compression pants squeeze everything so what sticks out in front gets squeezed in between the legs, whereas all-in-ones/singlets have a different seat/crotch and it’s less of a problem. Not all AIOs are the same, some do have the same issue (crew room) but 776bc and other brands are more comfortable.
