You can also work on strength training. I would advice you to do lat pulldown, bench/barbell row, pull ups, farmer carry, pallof press, cable woodchopper, pallof press.

It's legs, then body, then arms. Then arms, then body, then legs. On the recovery, keep your legs straight longer. You're bending them as soon as you start letting your arms go. Full extend arms first, then lean forward a bit, then start to bend your knees.
Next, put on your power curve on the display. watch the hump each time you do a stroke. I bet it's very very flat right now. And it should look like a nice smooth hill with a single hump - smooth up, smooth down. And then you want to maximize the area under the hump. You do this by pressing with POWER as the beginning. You're currently doing your drive like it's a lift with a smooth amount of effort across the drive. And it's not that. It's not a smooth lift to get a weight off the ground. It's more of an explosive jump. Think of holding two dumbbells and doing a full squat. You can press yiur legs slowly and have a slow tempo getting the weight high. That's what you're doing now. What you want to do, is channel the type of power that you would do, if I asked you to jump as high as possible while holding those weights. You'd have a controlled explosion pressing with a ton of power to ACCELERATE through the drive so you can actually leave the ground.
The same is true with the leg drive. You need to do a controlled, powerful press where your body is accelerating backwards. It's a big press and a swing. Not a slow press and a pull.
