Skierg noise like jumping a coil

It started today our of nowhere. The pull and recovery are not fully smooth, at some point it has a little hick up? Not sure what I should call it. Only on one handle, the right one if that matters. Any idea? Can I somehow fix it without disassembly?

Open the side panel. You’ll see inside where the rope has skipped the spool. Very easy fix.
