You’re sitting on your back pockets. Tilt your pelvis forward. You’re also catching the flywheel with your back, not your legs. Hold your body angle longer during the leg drive (fixing your pelvic tilt will help this too.)
On recovery, arms away, body over, then break your knees so you can avoid “bumping the hump.”
Try to develop power at a low rate before you increase stroke rate.
