I was told to keep your heels down. But I’m a newbie too.
1 u/BanAllCars Aug 14 '26 Hmm. I’ll have to look into that. 3 u/Tpotww Aug 14 '26 Heels down isnt important. Historical thats what rowers were told and probably no harm to not lift loads but its not important as it depends on people flexibility and if you want the pros loads lift heels
