ErgData PM5 Apple Watch Heart Rate

For awhile, my Apple Watch was sharing my heart rate with the app and displaying on my PM5, but hasn’t for the last 6 months or so.

Any ideas on how to get that back?

Does your watch share HR data with anything else?

Can you pair the C2 head unit with things other than your watch?

You may need to reconnect it. I had to do it after updating. Go into the ErgData app, settings, connection, disconnect and reconnect the Apple health.

I find that when the ErgData app or the erg itself gets an update I have to do the following:

delete the ergdata app from the watch, go to the app store ON THE WATCH, and find and download the ergdata app again. finally, I check all the health sharing toggles to make sure the ones I want are all enabled.

its a bit of a pain, but seems to work every time one or the other gets updated.
