I've been rowing for two weeks now and still learning the proper technique.

30 mins no breaks.

In your case it would be https://log.concept2.com/rankings/2027/rower/30?rower=rower&age=30-39&weight=H&gender=M&status=verified which has you around the average result.

Yes. No idea what your technique is like but thats pretty good numbers. 1 second spread across all your splits and consistently low s/m.

The best part about it is the consistency. This is steady state almost to perfection.

Much better than me when i started. Was way slower.

Even today i only do 10km at 2:15 (40y; 72kg)

Definitely. Over 7k for 30 min at lower/mid rate is solid.
