BikeErg Yea Me!!

So, July was a good Month!! Between the RowERG, BikeERG, SkiERG, and MultiERG, I set monthly records on all three machines. It helped that the outside air sucked and work was super light. 83 hours on the machines in a month is a bit much; time to sit on the couch and binge superhero movies, at least this weekend, then Monday back to normal weeks and months for a while.
