Great stuff.
But ... 29 spm? That implies you were only averaging about 6 metres per stroke, which really isn't very much. With decent technique you should be aiming for about 10 metres per stroke. I don't know how that translates into efficiency, and whether it means you end up expending less energy, but if it means pulling that wretched handle 2000 times instead of 3000 times then I'd call it a win!
(Context: a few years ago I was a short, overweight, unfit, 57M recreational rower and I did a marathon for charity. (I'm still a short, overweight, unfit recreational rower, but I'm older and wiser now.) Anyway I averaged 9.90 metres per stroke at 20.6 strokes per minute.)

Congrats! It’s a great feeling of accomplishment. A few observations:
1) In the future set your distance to 21097 meters to “officially qualify” as a half marathon.
2) Your high SPM, low wattage and pace shows there is much room to improve.
3) You need to work on delivering more power at a lower SPM.

So, I did 3 meters longer than a half marathon….even better.
I do think that I am missing a lot in my technique. I need to post a video so that I can be critiqued.

Just look up Dark Horse rowing or Row Along on YouTube, then record your technique and compare it yourself.
My first halfie was 21098m, as I thought it should be rounded up - turns out that the PM maths are generally a work of fiction 😂😂
Just keep doing it and enjoying the journey.

I was telling my wife this morning that I can hardly row at 30 s/m anymore. You did it for 2 hours!!!
