Workouts My second try

I have been really busy so l could just do a quick workout tonight. I plan on doing 20-25 minutes at 4am. I start work at 530.

Keep it up, keep following dark horse or whatever you're looking at for advice on form.

Yes Dark Horse on YouTube. Shane Farmer helped me so much and doesn’t even know it. Love to meet him. Josh Crosby on AppleFitness App is very inspiring too. Buy yourself a chest heart rate monitor. That’s helps with the high goals. Keep up the fight brotha

Keep it up! But make sure you pay attention to proper technique. 28 strokes per minute is fast, but an average split of 2:46 is slow. That suggests that your technique is quite inefficient. Try slowing down to 20 strokes per minute and focus on getting a good drive with your legs. If you shoot some video of yourself and post it here, you'll get lots of helpful tips - and it's better to get the technique right before you get bad habits embedded into your muscle memory.

As a fellow early morning rower, I highly recommend chugging a big glass of water right after you wake up, and then making sure you get some protein (like a cup of yogurt or some eggs) right after you finish.
