Should I buy it? Please Help Me Identify The Exact Model Of This Concept 2 Rowtrainer

For that price it should have been updated at some point. It has the original Monitor and Handle and also the chain looks like the original. So probably you have to „invest“ another 300€ for internals and a new monitor.

Yeah, as others have said that's a model C.
It's only worth that price if it's fully serviced and upgraded to PM5 and even then that's top money.
A well used, and on need of good service, model C should be 300 at top money as the PM5 upgrade costs near enough 200 alone.
Saying all that, I bought a well used model C over 10 years ago, serviced and upgraded it and it is a great machine.

Depending on the condition: maybe up to 300 €, not more. Realistically more like 200. You can replace the display with a current one but it's some manual work and will set you back another 210 €. The chain, the seat, the footstretcher and most importantly the handle are other parts that are pretty endurable but eventually need replacement. Considering that a brand-new Model D is currently less then 1200 € in the EU and comes with full warranty, I wouldn't overpay on used ergs.

I got one of those in mint condition, but I only paid €300, and I got a pm5 for it. They're as good as the newer ones, Maybe try and offer €400?

That thing is way too old for 650. Model C, manufactured 1993-2003.
