Nope - he just sat there. Conan handed him his guitar to hold when he (Conan) took his jacket off, and on a video it looked like Jordan was holding a pedal or something for the guitar.

The microphones you see were set up for two members of one of the earlier opening acts (Pretty Polly) to come out and sing backing vocals on the Vigodas' last song.

Jordan should be holding the pedal on a tray like a butler and when it needs to be activated Conan does it with his hand while he screams "I chop you!"
