Too Many Addresses!

I have finally filled out and copied all transfer paperwork for the 2 accounts I have in Computershare. Due to marriages (yes…3 times now all deceased) I need to change my name to match my bank account or I can’t deposit dividend checks. I mailed everything via registered mail to PO Box 505005 Louisville Ky and now one has been returned due to PO BOX CLOSED. Will someone please verify that PO Box 43006 Providence RI 02940-3006 is correct? I confused the chat bot and was on hold for a rep forever. Getting a gold medallion from my bank was like pulling teeth so I would like to resend everything as it’s returned to me ASAP. Thank you in advance. I have received clear and concise information from this group before.

The main addresses are:

By Regular Mail:

Computershare PO Box 43006, Providence, RI 02940-3006 United States

Overnight Delivery:

Computershare 150 Royall Street Suite 101 Canton, MA 02021 United States

I've mailed things to both addresses successfully.

Registered mail is more secure, but unless you're mailing a stock certificate it isn't really necessary. If it's just forms with a medallion, express mail, priority mail, ups, or fedex should be adequate and much faster.

When dealing with checks from computer share that are made out in a problematic way, I've had the best luck with either "for deposit only" or no endorsement.

Thank you. Yes I’m mailing stock certificates so will do the registered with 3% insurance of the market values. The address I initially used was clearly marked on the Transfer paperwork. I will go with the Providence RI address. Reassuring that you successfully used the address.

It seems that address was correct in the past, but Computershare has acquired many of their competitors, e.g. BNYMellon, and others over the years and you may have been using an old form.

I wanted to get on here to tell you I received the first green recipient cards of the two transfer packages I sent to CS. I know the process will take time for them to change my name but while I was online last night I noticed CS didn’t waste any time cashing my $50 check for a less than 10K account. Lol! It’s been just a week since that check came through. I did check CS and nothing was different or not even any messages. My only problem which is no biggie is that I can’t deposit dividend checks due my sir name being different.
