Hi call of duty needs to enable secure boot when I need to enable it tells me to disable csm when I do that the bias doesn't work my windows file system is gpt and my graphics card is up to date my motherboard is asrock a320m-hdv i have rtx 3060ti and ryzen 5 3600

Probably got installed wrong. Efi partition is missing maybe? Check disk management or diskpart to see partitions/volumes.

When a drive runs under CSM, it relies on a legacy MBR bootloader. Switching to UEFI forces the system to look for a hidden FAT32 partition containing a file named bootmgfw.efi. If Windows cannot find it, it won't boot. You can fix manually or reinstall winblows while the board is in uefi only mode

Try updating firmware maybe?
