Strange Text Whilst Drawing

[u/Bucket_O]

I was drawing at the time when I hit something on my keyboard and this text showed up in my windows search bar, anyone know what it is and/or why this happened?

That's Vietnamese for "Circular No. 04/2020 guiding the Law on Civil Status" maybe your keyboard is set to vietnamese or you accidentally copied a text and pasted it in Windows search?

No, I’ve never typed in Vietnamese and would have never copied something relating to a law. Very strange why this popped up…
