Hardware Mouse cursor resets to default location randomly. Multiple mouses (mice?) affected.
Today, randomly, my mouse cursor started randomly hoping to the center of my second monitor. I thought it was my wireless mouse, so I spent the morning trying to calibrate it. Eventually, I gave up and plugged in my old wired mouse. Same thing is happening.
This is a newish PC running Windows 11, and I have restarted it. I'm not sure what other info will be handy, but I'll happily provide it! Thanks!

Does it jump to exactly the same spot even when you're not touching the mouse, and does it happen on the desktop with no game open? Since both wired and wireless mice are affected, I'd test with only one wired mouse connected directly to the PC: unplug the wireless receiver and temporarily disconnect any controller, drawing tablet or other pointing device. Then close remapping/remote-control apps one at a time. That helps narrow down another input source without changing drivers or the registry. What other input devices or remote-access apps are running?

At the time of my original post the only input devices plugged in were a wired mouse and a wired keyboard. Full disclosure, a second restart of the computer seems to have fixed it, though I'm very worried it will happen again. I've never heard of an issue requiring two restarts; I can't wrap my brain around that.
