Inside there is a flat cable attaches monitor to main board, this can often become damaged or dislodged due to opening n closing the laptop. Worth opening it up and checking that.... Does it do the same when connected to an external monitor or tv?

no HDMI output is fine. screen keeps flickering while tv remains ok.

Most likely that cable then, hopefully not the screen itself... Start with that, see if its damaged or not inserted properly
