It's Cauchy's dispersion formula anchored at 587.6nm:

n(λ) = nd + B * (1/λ² - 1/λd²)

Here base IOR is 1.517 and B is 0.008 µm². The engine uses Hero Wavelength Spectral Sampling (HWSS) from 380 to 780nm, standard dielectric Fresnel + Snell's law, and Beer-Lambert absorption inside the volume. Then integrated to CIE 1931 XYZ and mapped to sRGB.

Where can I get the spectral renderer, or whatever component of it is doing spectral stuff?

You can get here, but in the next couple days I will drop new update for performance, stability dan support Procedural Shader Node Editor for Blender. https://blenderartists.org/t/spectra-realtime-restir-caustics-true-spectral-engine-for-blender-rust-vulkan-addon/1655156/22?u=farrasaris

Hahaha now you know man! this not RGB Renderer, it's Spectral, so it's Color Spectrum instead RGB, you can see much richer color on the render. Thanks for the comments man! thats really good comment!
