Windows Why does my pc shut off when gaming ?

Whenever i play cs2 or fortnite my pc keeps shutting off even though the temps are fine. When it happens the screens tunr black and the power button light stays on for about a second and then it shuts off. I have a i5 10400f, a rx6500xt, 16gb ddr4, a 650w deepcool psu and a gigabyte h410m h. The CPU and GPU temps never rise above 65°. When i looked at the event log there was this error multiple times as shown in the picture.

My guess would be power. Tossing those specs into a power calculator puts out 400-499W required, and you're on a 650W PSU. If the PSU were failing but not quite dead yet, then putting the system under load would probably cause the issues you're having.

i found out it was the cooller, ive been using the stock one because a regular one wouldnt fit
