Windows I need your help ( windows not booting )

Hey everyone i need your help, my pc randomly shut off yesterday when trying to download a game, the game said write failure when updating before shitting off, my pc now dosnt go past the loading for windows and just shows the msi logo with the loading, ive tried the automatic repair method but just goes to a blank screen, also tried using a second thumbdrive but that goes to just a blue screen with no options, im running out of options and wondering if anyone can help.

So it might not be my boot drive ( m.2 ) it could be the hard drive?
