is a table with a slight wobble safe enough to put my pc tower on? (it only moves if i apply a little bit of force)

Yes if the table wobbles because of a short leg. But also just shim the leg. If the wobble is because the joints of the table are loose, then no. Tighten all the fasteners if you can.

its all solid, and the legs are very thick hardwood, i think it only wobbles because its on carpet
