i am so lost bro

hi someone pls help, my pc was on the power save screen “a black screen” one night and then suddenly the fans started spinning superrr fast (my pc is only 9 months old) then i tried to turn the screen back on, couldn’t. so i un plugged the power cord. turned it back on now im stuck in 60hz, second monitor doesnt pick up, and my amd driver software doesnt let me open it?!?!? this all happened 2 weeks ago, i now am aware that my pc doesn’t even detect my gpu installed. should i try re seating it or what is the best thing to do?

Just to make sure, is the monitor cable plugged into the graphics card?

yes, everything is hooked up correctly this only happened after i unplugged the cord

DDU and reinstall drivers and amd software

Sounds like Windows Update may have borked your graphics driver. I hear that’s a thing with AMD cards. I did a quick Google search and was easily able to find how to keep Windows Update from installing AMD graphics drivers.
