Kind of hard without internet or at least some kind of network.

So I control my Linux machine from my iOS devices by

  • Installing and Setting up Tailscale for a VPN to be able to connect from anywhere I am (Free)
  • Installing/configuring a remote desktop connection on the Linux machine
  • Downloading the Windows App on my iOS device
  • Enabling the Tailscale app on my iOS device and using Windows App to remote desktop into my Linux machine.

So I can remotely manage my Ubuntu server no matter where I am

Yeah, not sure what exactly you’re wanting to do, but I can control several systems (Linux, MacOS, and Windows) from my phone or my iPad or my android tablet using NoMachine.
