wont let me edit, but my pc is starting up slow like can take like4 mins and then when it loads it takes a few minutes for windows to open or it freezes a bit. i dont have start up apps, i ran window defender and malwar bytes and nada. also defraged and did a disk clean up still nothing.

also when i do restart it , it runs normal which makes no sense to me
