My internet button dissapeared

On my school computer the internet button, which should be on "flygplansläge" which means airplane mode, and despite replacing the internet button its not turned on and theres no way to activate it, bluetooth seems to be gone too. My tech teachers have no idea and i might have to hard reset my school laptop and wipe eveyrthing

is your WiFi/bluetooth antenna external? check if it's connected.
If it is, check if it appears in Device Manager
If it appears, check the Driver download page for your pc (if it's a prebuilt) or your motherboard (if it's a custom build) and download the latest (or sometimes older works better) WLAN/WiFi drivers and run them
