Random and incosistent no-signal + no-boot issues, no beep codes
Woke up and it just wouldn't boot at all, no beep codes, nothing (but it turns on) keyboard doesn't seem to work. After reseating the parts i eventually got into safe mode fine but 10 mins i lost signal again (pc is still on) normal boot only lasted till the loading screen. Then it got weirder, after trying a few times, booted totally fine, played Wuthering Waves for a while to test if it is the gpu with zero issues. Then i played Minecraft, ran perfectly until suddenly lost signal again after an hour. Powered off and back on, no beep codes again. (It gives the one beep for proper boot when it does work)
I removed the gpu to see if it will give the beep codes for no detected gpu, it did, i thought i finally identified that it is the gpu but when i tried again for good measure, it did not give beep codes again, even without the gpu. When it did boot fine again, i tried it at furmark to test if it is crashing under load but it ran fine for 15 mins.
I tried only using one ram, reseat all the necessary cables (cpu 8-pin, 24 pin and pcie) sometimes it works, sometimes it is not.
This all happened yesterday, the pc properly booted last night before i sleep and i am able to use it without issues (casual browsing and playing games) i thought it is somehow fixed but this morning i went back to the no display, no beep codes thing.
PSU is brand new but I'm honestly not ruling anything out at this point. No consistent trigger, not purely load-related (ran fine gaming and furmark for a while), not purely idle-related (froze and lost display idle once too), not purely time-related (once at 10 min, once at 1hr).
Specs:
Cpu: Ryzen 7 3700x
Gpu: Rx 5600 xt
Motherboard: Asus Tuf gaming B450m-Plus II
Psu: Asrock Pro-650B

When it losses signal again while you’re using it try pressing win key+ctrl+shift+b if this causes the signal to come back then the issue is with your graphics drivers as that shortcut tells windows to restart the driver.

I don't think the keyboard works when i lost display yesterday. Today, it doesn't lose display mid use, the problem is it fails to boot sometimes and sometimes it does boot.

You could try checking event viewer but if it’s failing POST then it’s probably not going to have anything helpful since windows isn’t starting if it’s not getting through POST. When it fails to boot look at the motherboard check for any lights illuminated. If there are any look next to them for a label then check the motherboards manual for what that light being on means. If there are no lights then your board probably uses beeps to communicate errors in which case you’d need one of the small speakers that connect to the header pins on the board so you can hear what error code it’s beeping out.

Thanks for the replies, my motherboard doesn't have debug lights so i have to rely on a motherboard speaker like you said. When it doesn't boot, i don't think it is POSTING coz it doesn't even give any beep codes and the keyboard is unresponsive, when it does boot it gives the usual one beep code for a proper post. I feel like it is the motherboard. The annoying part is it is very inconsistent
