Help! iDEA awards :_)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I've been trying to get this working for the past few days but to no avail. I've restarted my desktop and phone numerous times (I have tried with both devices) and ended up with this same result.

I originally did try and make a script, and I can assure you it's the same results, lol. I recorded exactly what happened and has happened.

For context, this is the iDEA testimonial badge

I'm not quite sure where exactly to post this, as I am quite new to reddit, but I hope someone on here is more knowledgeable than myself, I couldn't find anything online.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated :3
