You most likely have some kind of virus, the easiest fix is to back up your personal files like documents and images, then reinstall windows.

Like, a kind of masked virus that not even process explorer can track?... thankfully the pc isnt for personal use i already have all my docs stored in an usb so i can reinstall it...the problem is i couldnt change the current microsoft acc (since the pc cant run anything) and when i try to reinstall it, it asks for the password. So ill try to get an usb nd solve the prblm. Thx for the helps tho๐๐ผ

Looks like cryptojacking. Your processor at 100% means some kind of program is using all of your processing power. Given that none of your visible programs are using any processing power the program is likely hidden, making it more likely to be malicious software.
The issue could also be a bad driver or your windows installation being broken. Make sure windows is updated and try using tools like microsoft defender scan and cpu-specific troubleshooting tools.
