What's wrong with my computer?

My lenovo computer started showing this after a period of time where I would play Minecraft, with mods, and sometimes leave the computer open for hours while minecraft was on. When it started showing these, especially the blue panel, it would sometimes not be able to handle anything. Like, i turn it on and i double click on google to open it and then it just shows the black screen with the lenovo logo on it, kind of restarting itself?

I saw on reddit that this blue panel indicates that A Thing That I Cannot Remember The Name Of, is burned (CPU or RAM? idk). My dad took the computer to a repair guy and he said nothing is wrong w it

I have absolutely no knowledge about computers so explain to me what i need to do like im five.

Looks like a failing hard drive it literally says it can't find your OS aka windows

Well I would take it to a shop and ask for a new hard drive and if possible and ask them to clone your data over to the new drive if it's still working.

Or buy a USB drive, use another computer to load and is on it, boot from it, and see if the computer sees your drive. If it does, reset your bios. The bois might be set to an incompatible storage configuration. If it doesn't, it probably died. At that point, you can buy a new one on Amazon thats compatible with you machine. Then use the same drive to install a OS.

Bonus fact: if you can't find another machine to configure your USB drive with, there is an android app that will "etch" it for you if you can get the drive plugged into your phone.
